Wholesale
Unfortunately at this point in time I am not selling my designs wholesale.
Custom Orders
I'm not doing any custom orders at this stage.
I am however happy to remove any of the silver charms from my designs, please leave me a comment when checking out about the request.
Australian Shipping Only
Postage Prices
FREE postage for all orders - via Australia Post with tracking
Express postage - $9.95 with tracking (Express Post is a postage option not a rush order fee) - via Australia Post
Shipping & handling
Orders typically ship within 1 - 3 business days (orders placed after 12pm, Qld time will be counted in the next business days list of orders. If you order at 1pm Monday it will be counted as a Tuesday order).
This is subject to purchase which falls on public holidays, weekends or festive seasons such as Christmas, Easter etc.
I post all orders in good faith and do not take any responsibility for orders that become lost in the mail or held in-transit to your postal address. All parcels have an Australia Post tracking number which can be looked up on Australia Posts website.
Australia Post Delivery Speeds
Regular
Same state (QLD): 2-4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 business days
Express
Same state (QLD): 1-2 business days
Interstate: 1-3 business days
Parcel Tracking Information
You will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number for your parcel. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find the email in your inbox.
Late or Missing Parcels
Please contact Australia Post if you have a problem with the delivery of your parcel or you think you parcel is lost https://auspost.com.au/help-and-support?group=deliveryoptions
Unfortunately these things are out of our control. ELD takes time to ensure the product is not damaged or faulty prior to posting the item to you.

Refunds & returns
Please choose carefully. I do not give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please read the description carefully and view photos. All questions and queries are welcomed.
You can only choose between a refund or exchange when goods are faulty.
As a general rule, refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the goods are returned to Emma Louise Designs (via tracked postage) in the original condition and packaging intact within 21 days of purchase. If you have any problems or queries small or large, please contact me at emma@emmalouisedesigns.com.au to discuss.
